Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Bubba Days is an iPhone app made by Level Up Daily, a business of Brooke Williams in Australia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects and why. Questions: .

The short version

  • We collect what we need to run your account and sync your baby log between your devices. Nothing more.
  • No ads, no tracking, no analytics. We don't sell, rent or share your information, and nothing you enter is used for marketing.
  • You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings in the app at any time.

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address and a private account ID.
    • If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may give us your name, and either your email or a private relay address that Apple forwards.
    • We use these only to sign you in and to send sign-in codes.
  • What you enter in the app: everything you log, so it can be saved and synced to your other devices. This includes:
    • feeds, sleep and nappies
    • pregnancy details and appointment questions
    • solids, health notes, care and outings
    • memories, and any photos you choose to add
    • your own check-ins
    • contacts you add to "Your people"
  • Purchases: what you bought, your subscription status and its dates.
    • Payments are handled by Apple, so we never see your card or Apple ID details.
    • We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases. It receives your private account ID and purchase information from Apple.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs, such as IP address and device type, which our hosting providers keep for security and to fix problems.

Photos are only read when you choose to add one, through the iPhone camera or photo picker.

Health information

Much of what you log in Bubba Days counts as health information:

  • pregnancy details
  • feeds and sleep
  • health notes
  • mood check-ins

We keep it only to show it back to you. It is never used for advertising or shared with advertisers, and it is not sold to anyone. Each account can read only its own data.

Where it's stored

Bubba Days saves your entries on your iPhone first, then syncs them to our database, which is hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Our service providers may process some data outside Australia:

  • Supabase (database and sign-in)
  • RevenueCat (purchases)
  • Apple (payments and Sign in with Apple)
  • our email provider (sign-in codes)

They are only allowed to use it to provide their service to us.

Children

Bubba Days is for parents and carers. It isn't designed to be used by children. Information about your baby is entered by you and treated as your own data.

Keeping and deleting

Your data stays in your account until you delete it. Settings → Delete my account and data in the app permanently removes your account and everything you've logged.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Apple and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records, which tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or make a complaint, by emailing . We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change how Bubba Days handles your information, we'll update this page and the date above. For significant changes, we'll also let you know in the app.
