The short version

  • We collect what we need to sell you a planner and sync it between your devices. Nothing more.
  • No ads inside your planner. We don't sell, rent or share your planner data, and nothing you enter in the planner is used for advertising.
  • You can download or delete your data at any time.

What we collect

  • Purchase details: your email, what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
  • Your planner content: what you enter (tasks, journal, wellness and money entries) so it can sync between your devices.
  • Email list (optional): if you join our newsletter, download a free printable or join a waitlist, your email, which page you signed up on and what you were interested in (for example Mum & Bub), handled by Klaviyo. Unsubscribe any time from any email.
  • Website advertising data: our website (not the planner app) uses the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits a page, starts checkout, signs up or buys, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may combine this with information it already has. You can control this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, kept for security.

Sensitive information

Cycle, mood and sleep entries, and everything in the Mum & Bub Planner (pregnancy, feeds, growth, medicine and health notes), and Health & Fitness entries (training, food, recovery and any body measurements), can be health information. We store them only to show them back to you, we never use them for marketing, and they never go to Meta or any advertiser, and they are covered by the same access controls as the rest of your planner.

Where it's stored

Your planner is saved on your device first and synced to our database, hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Each account can read only its own data. Our service providers (Stripe, Supabase, Klaviyo, Meta and our email provider) may process data outside Australia.

Keeping and deleting

Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes your planner content and login. We keep purchase records for [5] years, because Australian tax law requires it. Signing out also clears the planner from that device.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your information, or make a complaint, by emailing . If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
