Terms of use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Bubba Days is an iPhone app made by Level Up Daily, a business of Brooke Williams in Australia ("we", "us"). Contact: .

These terms apply together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. If the two differ, Apple's agreement applies.

Subscriptions and the free trial

  • Bubba Days is free to download. Full access needs one of these:
    • a weekly or yearly subscription
    • a one-off lifetime purchase
  • New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
  • All payments are made through Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your account and content

  • What you log in Bubba Days is yours. We store it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Please keep access to your sign-in email or Apple ID secure, because it's how you sign in.
  • You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings in the app.

Not medical advice

Bubba Days is a record-keeping tool. It isn't a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Always speak to your doctor, midwife or child health nurse about your or your baby's health. In an emergency, call 000 (or your local emergency number).

Availability

Bubba Days is designed to work offline, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Features may improve over time. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we'll post the new version here with a new date.
